Is modelling a type of performance? Of course! Every performance, big or small is a type of performance from walking around as a character as a child to walking down the catwalk for designers. So, why is modelling seen as a person walking down a catwalk showcasing something? Why isn’t it perceived that models take on different roles, different characters. Yes, modelling and acting are very different however they do share some similar characteristics. What are your thoughts? Are they the same, different or both?
